supporting president elect through a bag

I didn’t buy an Obama for President t-shirt like I planned. It’s not like I was a closet supporter I just never got around to it. I planned on buying one for Bizzie Boy and Bizzie Princess but as the election grew to an end it didn’t make much sense anymore. After all by the time I was ready to purchase he was already selected as the next president elect.
So when I stumbled across flash bags I was ecstatic to know I could still express my support by sporting one of their designer bags.

So they sent me one of their 2008 Obama Buzz Bags to check out. And I absolutely love it, what a great way to support the new president elect! I was amazed by the high quality and care that was taken in designing the flashbags. They are sewn together not glued and they have designer stitching on the panels. The top and bottoms are covered with a strip of vinyl for extra protection. And with the interior pocket large enough to hold my blackberry curve, well let’s just say they had me at hello. The handles are strong and sturdy. These bags are built to last.

If you want to support the president elect without wearing him, you should defiantly check out the 2008 Limited Edition Obama Buzz Bag, which carries a powerful image and a powerful message. They are only making 2008 and of these bags and you can see where you are in the series by looking at his thumb inside the bag.

But don’t worry if supporting the president is not your thing (it should be) they have plenty other designs, styles and you can even customize your own. You can check out their Artisan flashbags and the rest of the Buzz flashbags.

What are flashbags made of?
Our photo tote bags start with color copies on regular paper. We laminate the images then add strength inside with a sandwich of 8 sheets of recycled newsprint. Images cover every panel of the bag inside and out and each panel is embroidered with colorful swoops and swirls that compliment the composition of each image. Flashbags photo tote bags are designed and produced in Burlington, Vermont.

Who is behind flashbags?
Flashbags was founded two years ago by Ali Marchildon and Laura Cheney. After being introduced by mutual friends, these two former teachers teamed up to create the plan for growing Flashbags out of Ali’s living room and into the real world. This entrepreneurial endeavor is based out of Burlington, Vermont and is growing by leaps and bounds. It started with one home sewing machine and one big idea.

So if you are looking for a unique gift for mom for the holidays, a special gift for your bridesmaids or if you just want one for yourself, you have to check out flash bags and find your unique style.
