In case you missed it, Sigma is hosting a Momtographer’s Photo Contest! I’m so excited because I love my Sigma 30mm lens (most of the pictures on bizziephotography.com are taken with this lens) and have been eyeballing the Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 lens and the Sigma 105mm macro. Especially after my visit to the circus at the staple center. I’ll just say 70mm was hardly enough to capture some of the amazing stunts performed.
Anyway photo submissions will be accepted from June 29, 2010 through August 16, 2010. You can submit one picture under three different categories.
- Dressed for Success – A dashing sailor’s outfit or superhero Halloween costume? We want to see the best photos of your children dressed up.
- The Holidays and Vacation- Have a great photo of your family visiting the Yellowstone geysers, or riding all-terrain vehicles in Aruba? Send us your best.
- Funny Faces – Smiling ear to ear sans a tooth, or looking thrilled riding a rollercoaster, we want to see your photos capturing your children’s funniest, most lovable expressions.
I think I already know which one I will submit for the funny faces category. The Grand Prize is $2,500 in cash and three finalist will recieve a $500 credit toward Sigma equipment.
