I want to start one of these, one of my closest friends has one of these and she swears by them, she tells me this is what helped her loose weight by posting a constant reminder of what she wanted to look like.

I have a confession - I cut out a bunch of things, printed out a bunch of things with the intent to make a vision board but then I started feeling silly thinking it wasn't worth it, it wouldn't work. Man I need to create a vision board. Hubby and I created one when we moved into our apartment. Once we moved out of the apartment we accidentally let the board (shows you how much we looked at it huh). But now I really need to get it going. Stephanie, that is a fabulous idea. I don’t do traditional goals, but a vision board I think I could really get behind. Just so happens I have to make a trip to the craft store today. I’ll pick up a cork-board while I’m there. Thanks for the inspiration!
