- Image by Getty Images via DaylifeSo when I first read the headline, Hannah Montana Model for Work at Home Moms, I was thinking seriously, Hannah Montana? Then I read Lisa’s article and, don’t hate me for saying it, is kind of right. That doesn’t mean I’m about to go run out and see the movie or anything but her take on the “message” is intriguing an on point.
Hand Hannah or Miley is leading a double life on her show and in the movie. I often feel like I’m leading a double, well triple life actually there’s my life as a mother, my “job-job” and my life as a mom entrepreneur.
To be able to juggle work and motherhood, you have to be able to switch modes at any given second. This past Friday I received a late business call and was juggling that while my daughter was in the background asking a zillion and one questions. Or this weekend while I was mid-sentence on a blog post I had to go handle interference between a sibling war on who gets the red car.
So just as Miley changes into Hannah, we moms have to go from business woman to mommy and back again in .001 seconds. Read more about Hannah Montana as a model for mom entrepreneurs.
