Last night my husband and I talked, we talk every night but last night we TALKED about what our plans for the future. We have been bouncing around ideas like moving back to Las Vegas (his family is there), moving to San Diego (we both love) or staying here in LA.
He is applying to the PD and is trying to figure out which branch, LA, Burbank, where?
That is when I said it. No matter where we go or what we do, THIS will be my last job working for someone else. I have been working very hard on establishing my business and if we are going to move it has to be a place where I don’t have to take on another full-time job.
I told him that I wanted to concentrate on my business and dedicate my time to it, instead of squeezing in late night hours and a couple of minutes between dinnertime, bath time and bedtime.
And you know what he was okay with it.
So here I am fully committed, 100% vested in my business and its future. So now it’s time to make plan an exit strategy. It’s time to figure out what I need to do to turn my part-time income into full-time income and transition myself into a mompreneur 100%.

Congratulations on your re-commitment to your business and kudos to your supportive husband. I know that I couldn’t do what I do without him (my husband, not yours!).
Good for you! I wish you the best of luck and look forward to checking in to see how you are doing. Oh and kuddos to your husband for being so supportive.

I can so relate to this post. Good for you!
I’m with you, Bizzie.
I love working for myself, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I find it so awesome to be living in the Mompreneur age where so many strong women are living their dreams.

I am so happy for you, and so happy that your husband is supportive! Because it’s a lot easier to make that leap if you know he has your back. The rewards of working for yourself will be totally worth it in the end. Trust me!
