A serious case of the Mondays that started on Sunday.
We finally got our heater fixed this past weekend which was perfect timing because it was pretty cold (LA standards) this weekend. I have been sleeping in sweats for the past month bundled in oodles of blankets and comforters. Kicking the hubs away when he climbs in bed, I didn’t want him to drain all of my cozy body heat. I’m one of those people that can NOT sleep if any part of my body is cold.
So we finally got the heating company to come out. He fixes the problem and we are back in business. You are never going to believe what happens next. We start cleaning up around the house. I put a load of dishes in the dish washer and then a couple of rattle noises and the dish washer BREAKS DOWN. I swear is must have been a mere hour after the heating company left.
So just in the past month our DVR crashed and we had to get the box replaced not once but twice. Our heater broke and now the dishwasher. You would think the place is cursed or something.
At least I was able to get some stuff down over the weekend. The kids played exceptional way together and long enough for me to add some more products to my online baby boutique. Thanks kiddos!
Monday was well Monday. I got to work late because I couldn’t get the kids ready in time and the traffic was horrible. When I finally do get to work, I find out that I can’t send emails out. Then I find out I can’t print. So it turned out to be a bit unproductive.
Then to top it off I get home, get the kids in bed on time, rush to the computer to process orders and write some blog only to find that our INTERNET is DOWN.
So all in all a pretty unproductive day for me, so now Tuesday will have to be my catch up day.
Things always come all at once. Just think of it this way: because all these things are hitting you now, your next 6 to 12 months should be worry free! (Really, though, sorry you’ve had such a bad couple weeks.
)
