YourPhotoTips.com has a great post today on Macro Photography. I look forward to following this series. I have been interested in macro photography and recieved a marco extension tube last year for Mother’s Day. It’s a little hard to use and commands a tripod to maintain focus.
I hoping to invest in a maco lens soon, but I have to recovery from the purchase of my Sigma 30mm 1.4 lens, which is sitting at home on the kitchen table, while I sit her at work.
Anyway be sure to stop by YourPhotoTips.com and read Defining Macro Photography.
Do you have a macro lens? Which one? I’ve been looking at the Sigma 70mm 2.8 macro, Canon 60mm 2.8 macro, or the Canon 100mm 2.8 macro.

I have the Canon 100mm 2.8 macro lens and it is a dream. What great about this lens is that it can also take great portraits in addition to incredible macros. I highly recommend it. I’ve had mine for about a year and don’t know what I would do without it.
Great article.Really looking forward to read more. Much obliged.
