lost your mojo, get it back with these great tips

I have been in a rut for the past few weeks, maybe even longer, and my mood has been swinging like crazy. One day I’ll have all the energy and determination one can muster only for it to crumble the next morning. It’s obvious to me now that I have been putting so much pressure on myself, doing anything and everything hoping for success that I just wasn’t accomplishing anything.

So this morning I woke up and decided it was time to get my groove back.

Yesterday I announced I was scaling back on my external projects in order to focus on my own, that was the first step. This Sunday I will be heading to Florida on a working vacation, away from the kids and my family obligations. So on my downtown I plan on coming up with a plan and really think about what my goals are and the best way to achieve them.

This morning I Googled (isn’t funny how this became an actual word), “Lost your Mojo, how to get it back”, and came across some great articles.
