finally a sane way to squeeze exercise into your daily routine

I’m not going to lie; I have been extremely lazy lately when it comes to exercise. I dream up these great opportunities to workout but because of our work/life schedule I can’t seem to find time to squeeze it in. And when I do, I’m not sure what to workout.

Sure I know the basics treadmill for 20 minutes, crunches, leg lifts but then what? So when was offered the opportunity to review sane fitness, I jumped at the chance.

I received the sane fitness QuickStart system which consists of 36 cards (workouts) and 3 complete workouts. Each workout includes 6 full-body weightlifting exercises, 2 abdominal exercises and 3 stretches.
The exercise cards were clearly illustrated and the directions were easy to follow. The cards can be carried with you to the gym or you can do most of the exercises at home. I was lucky enough to have most of the equipment on hand, all except the workout bench. It would have been nice to see an alternative version for the exercises that included the bench.

sane fitness comes with a handy guide that explains the fitness cards, describes a routine, provides a workout schedule and offers some nutrition advice.

I loved how easy it was to get started with the sane fitness system and will be shopping for the workout bench soon.

Sane fitness was started by a working mom of three boys, so she knows firsthand how busy moms can get. She developed the sane fitness exercise program to fit into any busy mom’s schedule.

The Sane Fitness Preggers workout routine is designed to focus on the second and third trimesters. Your body goes through its most significant changes during this time; this workout includes exercises appropriate for each stage.

The NextLevel program is a custom-designed follow-up to the sane fitness QuickStart Deck. The format is as easy to follow as in QuickStart, but it builds upon your new overall conditioning with more challenging exercises and a more intense way to execute the routines.

sane fitness can be purchased on www.sanefit.com for $19.95.

With sane fitness in my arsenal I’m starting to run out of excuses to NOT exercise. So I guess it’s time to get off my lazy butt and start shaping my summer figure.

Wow! Very interesting. I realized that my problem is I’m tired of workouts (lol). Right now I need incorporate fun disguised in a workout. Is that crazy or what.
