exercise mind and body in the carpool lane

carpoolkarma2I had the opportunity to review the newly released, Carpool Karma Cd and just in time for Mother’s Day.  So if you haven’t picked out the awesome gift for mom, check out www.carpoolkarma.com.

As mothers we are often tasked with the job to cart the kids to school, take them to soccer practice or ballet and even to the mall on the weekends. My kids are still too young for me to become “mom the chauffeur” however when I do, I bet Carpool Karma will come in handy.

Carpool Karma was created by two moms to help other moms optimize their time in the car. So while you wait for Lil Joe to finish soccer practice you can stimulate your mind and body through several innovative techniques developed by certified experts.  The Carpool Karma audio CD features 25 tracks and almost 70 minutes of exercise.  Remember you should be pulled over or parked to do the exercises and for those who live in LA like I do, the 405 during rush hour does not count! No, I didn’t try it.

The activities are designed to reduce moms stress by stimulating brain activity and working your key muscles.
In today’s world it’s all about multi-tasking, don’t waste those valuable minutes sitting in idle, put your mind and body to work!

Carpool Karma is available at www.carpoolkarma.com for $14.95. To learn more about Carpool Karma be sure to stop by their blog at  or follow them on twitter @carpoolmom.

Sounds like something that is absolutely needed by me. My mind is so overstimulated and always running in a million different directions. This sounds like a great product to build your mind in a positive way and to help bring about a state of oneness within. This seems like something I’d use when my hubby chauffeurs me around on errands.
