clean start challenge – great resources for woman ready to launch their business

For the past few weeks, well actually for the past several years I’ve come to realize what I’m doing for work isn’t working for me. I struggle every morning to get up and go to work, with the sinking feeling that this “job” isn’t what I’m supposed to be doing. Sure it pays the bills but aside from that – I get nothing out of it. So I’ve been on a path to find what “Lights me up!” – not my words but Karen’s from @chookooloonks (you’ll hear my interview with her soon).

So what I know now is that I need to do something that stimulates me creatively – which makes since because I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember from short stories, screenplays to commercials – yes I wrote commercials for fun. And I’ve always loved photography – taking pictures with my Dad and developing film was so refreshing. So what happened? Why didn’t I just follow that path from the beginning?

I’m not sure fear, rejection, and lack of money and support. But now there are so many resources out there for moms and woman that have a passion to launch a business, change a career or just follow their dreams. There is something unique and empowering to meet and chat with woman that are following their passions, and had the drive to do what truly “lights them up.”
