Last night during dinner, we had this conversation with Bizzie Princess. She was telling a story about one of her friends….
BP: Her didn’t want to play with me today?
Me: S-h-e didn’t want to play with you?
BP: Her was…
Me: She was. BP why don’t you use S-h-e?
BP: Because it’s not my word?
Me: But you know it’s not correct?
BP: You use your word and I use my word!
ME: [speechless]
Correcting your daughter’s speech when she says the wrong word is easy. Explaining to her that she can’t just “pick” her own word well that’s PARENTING.
LOL! That’s so funny. Hey what about Sesame Street and Cookie Monster. It took me forever to break my son from saying Me want water, me want cookies, me went CRAZY!!!
