    Hello,
This event occurred at TOR memorial high school. A prestigious ( let’s keep it real, prim and proper) private school on the beautiful island of Antigua. One of the many code of ethics was respect for teachers, our elders and our classmates. The girls and boys wore uniforms and the girls uniform consisted of a white blouse with a tie and a skirt with pleats. Well one day in class I was going to take my seat and as all the girls did, I reached back to make sure that my pleats were going to stay flat ( no, no, no cannot have those pleats being ruffled). My classmate, John, decided to have some fun at my expense, he pulled away my chair and with a resound THUD I fell on my bleep ( no I cannot say that it would not be proper) I fell on my derriere and the entire class roared. Being a prim and proper young lady at the tender age of fourteen, I was completely and totally embarrassed.

I think my worst high school story was being harrassed by a girl in the cafeteria, and I stood up for my self. I didnt back down and we both got called up to the front of the lunch room by the lunch person who supervises that area and she scolded us both. I am not a confrontational person by nature, and tried to explain what happened. I got so upset that the lunch supervisor didnt get that this girl was a trouble maker and harrasser that i had to walk away so that i could decompress in private (cry). I think a piece of me was traumitized.

My worst high school nightmare was when this girl threatened to beat me up. I was always shy in school. She was sitting in front of me & turned around to talk to someone else & she was facing me…She sai, “What are you staring at?” I wasn’t staring & was speechless, so she proceeded to tell everyone in the class how she was going to beat me up. When I got home, I asked my cousin if she knew her & she said, yes she is very mean, i saw her rip a girl’s shirt off. I was terrified :( I never prayed so hard that night but went back to school the next day. To my utter surprise, she turned around & said she was sorry. I will never know why, but I do know God answered that prayer:)
